Please visit the box office outside Bennett Gordon Hall for Fall and Spring Series performances. The box office at Bennett Gordon Hall opens one hour before the performance starts.
Discover (official card of Ravinia), American Express, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards, as well as Ravinia gift certificates*, are accepted at all points of purchase. Cash and checks are also accepted in person at the box office. All sales are subject to Ravinia ticketing terms and conditions.
Service charges: A per transaction service charge will be added to all online and phone orders; there is no service charge on purchases made in person at the box office. Ravinia does not add a service charge per ticket.
Buy in advance! For some summer season performances, the Lawn general admission ticket price increases by $5 one week before the event. Where applicable, details are listed on the event information page with the ticket types and prices.

Ravinia has two different box office locations, open during the hours listed above at different times of the year, for walk-up ticket sales or Will Call ticket pickup.
Open only during the summer season.
On performance dates, limited parking is available until 1 hour before the scheduled park opening time, when parking opens to ticketholders. Visitors must then use the West Parking Lot, which may require a parking fee.
Open only for events in Bennett Gordon Hall.
Parking is available in the South Parking Lot, adjacent to the Harza Building and Bennett Gordon Hall. Parking may be redirected 1 hour or more before evening performances in the Pavilion
Tickets and donor benefits for park admission are delivered digitally for scanning at parking lot and park entrances. If you require assistance, please contact the box office at tickets@ravinia.org or 847‑266‑5100.
Gift certificates may be used to purchase reserved seats or Lawn tickets for any Ravinia performance, subject to availability. They are also accepted at Levy Restaurants* when dining in the park and can be used on merchandise at the Ravinia Festival Shop*.
* Value of food/merchandise must be equal to or greater than value of certificate – no change given
Lawn tickets for classical performances and reserved seats for Bennett Gordon Hall events are typically priced as low as $15, and reserved seats for classical performances in the Pavilion and Martin Theatre start at $35. Non-classical event ticket prices are typically higher for all venues, including Lawn tickets.
Please purchase gift certificates separately from performance tickets.
Contributors to the not-for-profit Ravinia Festival have priority access to tickets. Sales will open to the public after all requests placed by contributors during their designated request periods have been filled. Admission is subject to terms, conditions, and policies established by the Ravinia Festival Association. Programs and artists are subject to cancelation or change without notice. All concertgoers need a ticket for park admission, regardless of age.
Ravinia is pleased to provide special pricing, ticket packages, and other offers for ticket buyers whenever possible. Any offers that include special pricing may not be applied to previously purchased tickets or combined with other offers.
A per-transaction service charge will be added to all online, phone, and mail orders; there is no service charge on purchases made in person at the box office. Ravinia does not add a service charge per ticket.
The Lawn general admission ticket price to most non-classical performances increases by $5 one week before the event.
Ravinia reserves the right to limit the number of tickets that may be purchased online for each event. A maximum of 10 Lawn tickets per event may be purchased online per transaction, not exceeding 20 total Lawn tickets per event. We reserve the right to cancel any orders and tickets without notice to you if these limits are exceeded. For purchases beyond these limits, please call the box office at 847‑266‑5100.
To mitigate cybersecurity risk, Ravinia limits online ticket purchases to domestic transactions. If your IP address is registered outside North America, either from your geographic location or use of a VPN, please call the box office at 847‑266‑5100 to complete your transaction over the phone.
Ravinia does not censor or control the content created by guest artists. Patrons with sensitivities to adult language or socio-political commentary are advised to be aware of the artists’ work before purchasing tickets to and/or attending their performances.
Ravinia is an open-air venue, and performances will go on rain or shine; there are no rain checks. In the event of severe weather, Ravinia cannot guarantee indoor refuge for all guests.
All ticket sales are final; no refunds will be given unless a performance is canceled in its entirety with no replacement performance scheduled. Refunds will not be considered for instances of inclement weather, artist or program changes, show duration, traffic, parking-related issues, or perceived quality of performance.
Ravinia is unable to offer refunds on ticket purchases. The box office is happy to exchange your reserved seats or Lawn block tickets toward another event during the current season (subject to availability) or for a credit voucher to be used later during the current season. Exchanges must be made at least 48 hours before the performance starts. Tickets for reserved Lawn blocks must be exchanged as a complete group; partial exchanges will not be accepted. General admission Lawn tickets are not exchangeable.
If you are unable to use your performance tickets, please consider donating them to Ravinia for resale. Tickets for reserved Lawn blocks must be donated as a complete group; partial donations will not be accepted. Ticket donations may be made in person or by phone up until the performance starts. You will be emailed a tax receipt for your ticket donation; the value of the tickets may not be applied toward Annual Fund benefits.

Senior Discounts
Ravinia offers guests ages 65 and above reduced-price general admission Lawn tickets for most Chicago Symphony Orchestra concerts. Choose “Senior” when purchasing tickets in advance.
Child Discounts and Ticketing
Special Pricing: Ravinia offers free or reduced-price admission to concertgoers under age 15 for select classical concerts performed in the Pavilion or Martin Theatre, excluding movies.
For movie nights, a limited number of reduced-price general admission Lawn tickets are available for children ages 3–18.
Select non-classical performances may have free or discounted tickets available for infants and children ages 2 and under; please check individual concert pages.
Reserved Seating: Children under age 7 are not permitted in reserved seats except for Kids Concerts Series performances. On these dates, there is also a free ticket option for children 2 and under who will be held in the lap of an accompanying adult during the performance. These free lap-held child tickets do not include the adult’s seat. Please arrange these tickets in advance from individual concert pages; all concertgoers need a ticket for park admission, regardless of age.
Ticket Policies: Ravinia requires parental supervision of all children admitted into the park. Adults will not be admitted with a ticket intended for a child and will be required to purchase the correct ticket for the event, subject to availability.
Student Discounts
Ravinia is pleased to offer reduced-price admission to students through college on Pavilion, Martin Theatre, and general admission Lawn tickets for most classical concerts. A valid school ID is required for park admission using a student-price ticket. Guests without valid identification may be turned away or asked to pay the difference of a full-price ticket.
Military Discounts
Ravinia is proud to offer reduced-price admission to active duty and retired military members at classical concerts performed in the Pavilion or Martin Theatre, excluding the Gala. Family accompanying the military member can also take advantage of the discount (limit 4 per account).
Lawn tickets are discounted to $5 and reserved seats are discounted to $15 (excludes Reserved Lawn Blocks). Offer cannot be combined with other promotions. Enter promo code MILITARY to receive this discount. Military ID may be required for entry with these tickets.
