Download the Ravinia app to access your tickets, send or receive tickets from friends, save them to your phone wallet, and more.
How do I access my tickets?
A Ravinia account is required to purchase tickets or to receive tickets that are shared with you from the Ravinia app. Your Ravinia account, which is used to log in to the website, is also used to log in to the app.

Tickets are delivered exclusively through the Ravinia app. After you are logged in to the app, tap the “Tickets” icon in the lower right corner.
When will I see my tickets in the app?
Most guests will see performance tickets in the app seven (7) days before the date of the event.
For current Ravinia donors, access to benefits such as Early Park Entry passes as well as all purchased performance tickets is immediate, starting shortly before the summer season begins.
How do I send or receive tickets with family/friends using the app?
For a quick overview of transferring tickets with the app, watch the introductory video starting at the halfway mark.
Open the specific ticket you want to share in the app, then tap the icon in the upper-right corner of the screen and confirm that you want to share this ticket. A code of letters and numbers will appear on your screen — tap the Share icon to the right of the code to send the code by text message or email.
- Only individual tickets can be shared with the app, and only one (1) ticket at a time can be shared by text or email.
- The “Add to Apple Wallet” badge will disappear from the ticket after it has been shared.
- Once a shared ticket has been accepted, its barcode will be blurred out inside your app.
If you need to retrieve a ticket that has been shared, contact the Ravinia Box Office directly at 847-266-5100 or tickets@ravinia.org.
The Share icon will not appear on tickets that have been downloaded into your mobile wallet. Please remove tickets from your Apple or Google Wallet to re-enable the ability to share those tickets.
How do I download tickets into my mobile wallet?
Each individual ticket has an “Add to Apple Wallet” badge. Tap this icon to download the ticket into your mobile wallet regardless of which type of phone you have.
- The “Add to Apple Wallet” badge will not appear on a ticket if it has been shared. If you need to retrieve a ticket that has been shared, contact the Ravinia Box Office directly at 847-266-5100 or tickets@ravinia.org.
Donor benefits such as Early Park Entry passes cannot be saved to your mobile wallet. Please continue to use the app to display benefits barcodes for scanning at the park.
