Rental Tables & Chairs

Chair and table rentals can be reserved at the same time as a concert ticket purchase.

If you have already ordered tickets but need to rent chairs or tables for the night, you can still reserve them online up until 24 hours in advance of the concert. From the concert schedule, visit the page for the concert you are attending, then click the “Add on items” button to see the chair and table rental options. Select the number of chairs and tables you would like to rent and proceed to checkout. No service charges are added when making only a chair or table rental reservation.

Advance rental prices are $10 per chair and $12 per buffet table; reserving your rental online guarantees availability.

Fitted table covers and ground tarps are also available in advance, for purchase only: $10 per table cover and $13 per tarp. (Tax will be included on covers and tarps when added to your cart.)

All sales are final. Reservations must be made by 7 p.m. one day before the performance. Reservations not picked up by 15 minutes after the listed performance start time will be released for walk-up rentals. Refunds will not be considered for late arrivals. Walk-up availability may be very limited for popular events.

When you arrive at the park, go to the green tent located just north of the Martin Theatre, facing the Dining Pavilion. Our staff will help carry your chairs and tables to your spot on the Lawn.

Chairs and tables may also be rented on the day of the performance, subject to availability, by visiting the same tent where advance orders are picked up. Prices for walk-up rentals are $15 per chair and $15 per buffet table. Table covers and tarps may also be purchased at the pick-up tent.
